Follow the horizon to the left of the picture past Safeco Field and Seahawks Stadium. Yep. There it is! Highway 99 runs through the center of the picture. This is especially convenient for checking traffic before heading south. Also, see that choppy water at the right of the picture? The black thing between the boat that's making it and the pier above it is a Soviet submarine on display for tours.
